What is MAVIDAD Bernabéu?
MAVIDAD Bernabéu is a one-of-a-kind Christmas experience, where you can step into the magical universe of the MAVIX inside one of Madrid’s most iconic landmarks.
For a few days, the stadium transforms into a dazzling Christmas village filled with lights, ice rinks, slides, workshops, and hidden corners waiting to be discovered.
It’s a plan designed for families, friends, and for everyone who still enjoys Christmas with the same wonder as when they were children.
Where is MAVIDAD Bernabéu and how can I get there
In the Bernabéu. The entrance is on the corner between calle Concha Espina and Plaza de los Sagrados Corazones. The entrance to the experience will be clearly signposted. We recommend using public transport, in particularon Metro Line 10, station Santiago Bernabéu.
Is the space covered?
Yes. However, we recommend dressing warmly depending on the weather on the day, as it will not be heated.
What dates and times is it open?
The MAVIDAD Bernabéu experience will be open from 24 to 31 December 2025. The opening hours are as follows:
- 24 December: 12:30 to 16:30
- 25 December (2 slots):
- Slot 1: 14:00 to 18:00
- Slot 2: 18:30 to 22:30
- From 26 to 30 December (3 slots per day):
- Slot 1: 10:30 to 13:30
- Slot 2: 14:00 to 18:00
- Slot 3: 18:30 to 22:30
- 31 December: 10:30 to 14:30
How can I buy my tickets?
Tickets are available in the “Tickets” section on the top right-hand corner, or here.
Are there special tickets for families, children or groups?
There are 3 types of tickets:
- General adult tickets
- Children tickets
- Tickets for children under 3 (free)
How much does each ticket cost?
Ticket prices vary depending on the date and time. You can check all prices in the “Tickets” section.
Are the tickets nominative?
No, the tickets are not nominative.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No, you can present your tickets either in digital format (on your smartphone) or in physical format (printed).
I’m a Madridrista. Am I entitled to any discount?
No. Madridista and Madridrista Premium holders had access to the presale before the general public.
Do I need to book a ticket for my child under 3 years old?
Yes. Even though admission is free for children under 3, it is still necessary to select a ticket for each visitor under that age.
Are the activities included in the ticket price?
All attractions are included in the ticket price. However, the stalls at the “Galería de los Copos” will be charged separately, as they are food and merchandising stalls.
Can I bring food or drinks from outside?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the experience, except for small bottles of water without caps.
Baby food and items such as jars, bottles, and similar will be permitted.
I will attend MAVIDAD Bernabéu with a baby. Are there baby changing or feeding zones?
A breastfeeding room, changing tables, microwaves for warming bottles, and a space to safely store prams are available.
Is MAVIDAD Bernabéu accessible for prams and people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Furthermore, the experience has bathrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Will there be food and drink options for people with allergies or specific dietary requirements?
Yes, the food and drink stalls have been designed with everyone in mind. You should also inform the staff at each stall of any allergies or intolerances you may have.
Are pets welcome?
No. However, there is an exception for guide dogs, which must wear their identification vest.
Are scooters allowed inside?
No, access is not permitted with skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, coolers, sound equipment with external speakers, large items, or any dangerous objects.
Will there be cloakroom service?
Yes. You’ll be able to store personal belongings such as bags and backpacks there.
Can I leave MAVIDAD Bernabéu and re-enter?
No. Exceptions are only permitted in the event of emergencies and must always be approved by staff.
Can tickets be exchanged or returned?
Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
Can I smoke inside?
MAVIDAD Bernabéu is a smoke-free experience, so smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.
Do I need to arrive at the exact time shown on my ticket?
You may enter at any time within the time slot indicated on your ticket, keeping in mind that your session will end at the scheduled time.
I can’t attend on the date shown on my ticket. Can I go another day?
No, you can only access the experience on the date and within the time slot specified on your ticket.
