Access Policy

• The organization reserves the right of admission.
• It is not necessary to bring printed tickets; digital versions may be shown on a mobile device or smartphone for scanning at the general access gate.
• Entry is not permitted with skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, coolers, sound systems with external audio output, bulky items, or dangerous objects (weapons, knives or machetes, sharp items, etc.).
• Each MAVIDAD Bernabéu ticket is individual and valid for a single time slot, meaning the ticket holder must enter and leave the premises within the indicated hours.
• Entry with food and drinks is not authorized, except for water bottles up to 33cl (without a cap). In any case, metal, glass, ceramic, wood, or similar containers are strictly prohibited.
• The introduction of any type of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants, analogous substances, or being under their influence is strictly prohibited.
• Entry with pets or domestic animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs.
• For security reasons, entry will only be permitted with appropriate attire; for example, entry without footwear or with a bare torso is not allowed.
• There is an adapted entrance for persons with reduced mobility, who will be personally redirected by the organization’s staff present at the general access gate.
• For safety reasons, some activities may have restrictions based on age, height, and physical condition, which will be clearly indicated at each activity.
• Access times are subject to potential changes for technical reasons.
• Photos and videos taken by attendees during the event may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Entry to the venue implies that attendees may be recorded through video surveillance systems for security and/or entertainment purposes via the stadium’s closed-circuit system. These images may be displayed on the venue’s internal screens.
• Entry also implies acceptance that your image may incidentally appear in television broadcasts, videos, documentaries, summaries, or promotional materials of the event.
• These images are used under the legitimate interest of the organizer (Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR) and not for individual profiling purposes.
• They are not used for individualized commercial purposes without express consent (e.g., specific advertising campaigns).
• If close-up shots are taken for other purposes (e.g., interviews, promotions), specific consent will be requested from the attendee.
• The organization provides a cloakroom service for attendees, but there is no luggage storage for suitcases or large items.
• The MAVIDAD Bernabéu facilities, as well as the entire stadium, are smoke-free areas. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vapes, is strictly prohibited.
• Improper, unauthorized, or irregular use of the access ticket will result in its withdrawal by the organization’s staff.
• Attendees must retain their admission document (digital or printed) and present it upon request by authorities (event staff, police, or private security). Failure to present it may result in expulsion from the stadium.
• All attendees must possess an individual admission document; access for children under the age of three is free, but they must still have a valid ticket for capacity control purposes. Therefore, access with children in arms without a ticket is not allowed and will be denied.
• The organization may request documents or enforce any measures that current regulations may impose for access to public event venues.
• Once an attendee has entered the stadium and chooses to exit, re-entry will not be allowed unless a stamp or wristband has been requested beforehand at the general access gate. Otherwise, re-entry will be denied due to crowd control regulations.
• Entry with any of the symbols or flags listed on www.realmadrid.com is not permitted. The introduction and/or display of any such symbols or similar representations in any format or medium may result in applicable administrative and criminal penalties.
• Attendees must comply with the internal regulations for access and stay in sports venues, as published on www.realmadrid.com.
