Access Policy - MAVIDAD Bernabéu

Access Policy

The organisation reserves the right of admission.

It is not necessary to bring printed tickets; you can show the digital version on a mobile device or smartphone to be scanned at the general entrance.

Access is not permitted with roller skates, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, coolers, sound equipment with external audio output, large items (suitcases, boxes, etc.) or dangerous objects (weapons, knives or machetes, sharp objects, etc.).

The organisation provides a cloakroom service for attendees, but there is no luggage or bulky item storage service.

Each MAVIDAD Bernabéu ticket is individual and valid for a single entry, so the ticket holder must enter and leave the venue between the times indicated.

Food and drinks are not permitted, except for water bottles up to 33cl (without caps). In any case, metal, glass, ceramic, wooden or similar containers are prohibited.

It is also prohibited to bring in any kind of alcoholic beverage, as well as narcotics, psychotropic drugs, stimulants, similar substances or to be under their influence.

Access with domestic animals or pets is not permitted, except for guide dogs.

For safety reasons, visitors must wear appropriate clothing. For example, visitors may not enter without shoes or with their upper body uncovered.

There is an access door adapted for people with reduced mobility, who will be personally redirected by the organisation’s staff at the general access door.

For safety reasons, some activities have restrictions on entry based on age, height and physical condition, which are specified for each activity.

Access times are subject to change for technical reasons.

Photos and videos taken at the event by attendees may not be used for commercial purposes.

Access to the venue implies that attendees may be captured by image recording systems for security and/or entertainment purposes on the stadium’s closed-circuit television system. These images may be shown on screens inside the venue.

Access to the venue implies acceptance that your image may appear incidentally in television broadcasts, videos, documentaries, highlights or promotional materials for the event. These images are used in accordance with the legitimate interests of the organiser (Art. 6.1.f of the GDPR) and not for individualised purposes. They are not used for individualised commercial purposes unless express consent is given (e.g. specific advertising campaigns). If close-ups are taken for other purposes (interviews, promotions), specific consent will be requested from the attendee.

The MAVIDAD Bernabéu facilities, as well as the entire stadium grounds, are smoke-free areas, so smoking, the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, etc. is strictly prohibited.

Misuse or unauthorised or irregular use of the access pass will result in its withdrawal by the organisation’s staff.

Attendees must keep their entry document (digital or physical) and show it when requested by the authorities (organisation employees, police or private security). Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the stadium.

All attendees must carry an individually issued access document; access for children under three years of age is free, but they must have a valid ticket for capacity reasons. It is therefore prohibited to enter with children in your arms without a ticket, and access will be denied to anyone who does so.

The organisation may request the documents or apply the measures that current regulations may impose for access to public entertainment venues at the entrances.

Once an attendee enters the stadium and wishes to leave, they may not re-enter. In exceptional cases, the exit staff at the general access gate will provide a stamp or wristband. If they leave the stadium in any other way, they will not be allowed to re-enter the venue under any circumstances.

Access will not be permitted with any of the symbols or flags listed at www.realmadrid.com. The introduction and/or display of any of these symbols or similar items in any format or medium will result in the corresponding administrative and criminal penalties.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will be responsible for them throughout their stay.

Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 may enter the premises without an accompanying adult, but must wear an identification bracelet at all times, which will be provided at the entrance and must remain on throughout their stay on the premises.

Attendees must comply with the internal regulations for access and stay in sports venues published at www.realmadrid.com.
