Access to and use of this ticket sales website implies knowledge and full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use and sale of https://mavidadbernabeu.com. Furthermore, in the event of any contradiction, doubts, or gaps, the general terms and conditions of use and sale shall apply.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the following terms shall be interpreted as defined below:

• GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: General terms and conditions of sale to which the contract entered into by the CLIENT is subject.
• SERVICES: Services offered by MAVIDAD BERNABÉU to the CLIENT through the website, intended to facilitate the purchase of tickets for the MAVIDAD BERNABÉU event.
• CLIENT: The user of the website who contracts the services offered by MAVIDAD BERNABÉU through it.

By completing the purchase process, the CLIENT confirms that they are legally capable of entering into such an agreement, are over the age of 16, or have, at a minimum, authorization from a legal guardian.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and, where applicable, to user registration provided by MAVIDAD BERNABÉU. These General Terms and Conditions will be made available to clients on the website https://mavidadbernabeu.com in advance, as legally required. Therefore, clients are advised to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions before submitting any personal or purchase-related data through which the sale of tickets is formalized.

Through the ticket sales website, users can pre-purchase tickets to the MAVIDAD BERNABÉU event. The ticket pre-sale service is generally available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, MAVIDAD BERNABÉU may suspend the ticket pre-sale service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without prior notice.

SALES PROCESS

Clients may purchase tickets through the website by following the different steps of the process, which involve selecting the desired products and quantity, completing payment, and providing the necessary personal information to receive the purchase confirmation and access voucher. Each step is explained on the website. Clients can review and correct their order before finalizing payment.

During the purchase, clients may consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Statement. Purchasing products implies acceptance of both documents.

PAYMENT

Products may be paid for using the electronic payment methods available on the website. The client must bear any bank fees associated with transferring the purchase amount to MAVIDAD BERNABÉU.

Clients may apply a discount code during checkout. MAVIDAD BERNABÉU reserves the right to request proof of eligibility for the discounted rate.

All purchases must be paid for immediately. MAVIDAD BERNABÉU reserves the right to reject or cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

DELIVERY

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, all products will be delivered electronically via a purchase confirmation and access voucher sent to the email address provided by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the email address and for ensuring that their email service functions correctly and securely. The risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery of the confirmation email to their email provider.

Clients will always receive a confirmation email and a summary of their order. It is the client’s responsibility to retain this email. If the client does not receive the confirmation, they must contact MAVIDAD BERNABÉU at hola@somosexperiences.com.

The ticket confirmation email contains the access voucher or a link to it. This voucher, whether printed or shown on a smartphone, grants access to MAVIDAD BERNABÉU.

Each ticket or reservation code is unique and cannot be modified, copied, or reused unless expressly stated otherwise.

BUYER’S RIGHTS – CHANGES, DUPLICATES, RETURNS OR GENERAL CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with current regulations on the sale of tickets for public shows and recreational activities, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled, except through the optional cancellation or change service, which allows a 100% refund if tickets are cancelled up to 24 hours before the event. To request a refund or change, contact: hola@somosexperiences.com.

Due to technical, artistic, organizational, audiovisual, or production reasons, MAVIDAD BERNABÉU reserves the right to reassign sold seats with others of equal or higher category, or refund the amount paid if necessary.

For online purchases, users will receive tickets via email in PDF format, which will be valid for access to the corresponding event.

Cancellation before the event starts or significant changes to the show will be the only grounds for a refund. A change in artist line-up or event characteristics will not be considered a substantial modification. Refunds may be processed via credit notes or vouchers. Service and/or management fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued if the cancellation or modification occurs after the event has started or due to force majeure.

MAVIDAD BERNABÉU reserves the right, for technical, artistic, or force majeure reasons, to alter the nature of the production, including dates, times, programs, and performers.

MAVIDAD BERNABÉU prohibits ticket resale and only guarantees the authenticity of tickets purchased through official channels. Tickets acquired through unauthorized channels will not be valid and may entail administrative or criminal liability.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACTING

Personal requirements: Contracting with MAVIDAD BERNABÉU is intended for end users over 16 years of age and for personal use only, or for use by individuals on whose behalf the customer is legally authorized to act. Wholesalers, agencies, distributors, and other professional intermediaries are excluded.

Other requirements: To comply with the legal obligation imposed on all Information Society Service Providers to confirm the purchase, clients must have an email address and provide it during the purchase process.

MAVIDAD BERNABÉU will retain the electronic contract for two years and will send a copy to the email address provided by the client as confirmation of the purchase.

MAVIDAD BERNABÉU complies at all times with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Directive 95/46/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable legislation, MAVIDAD BERNABÉU informs the client that personal data provided through this form will be included in its databases and processed for managing and fulfilling obligations related to the purchase and services provided.

Additionally, this data will be stored to resolve any future issues related to ticketing or contracted services.

These data will be processed by MAVIDAD BERNABÉU as the data controller and will be stored and processed exclusively within the European territory.

When collecting personal data through forms, the user’s identification is considered correct, as it is the user who voluntarily enters their information and is responsible for its accuracy. Refusal to provide required information will result in the inability to provide the requested service or information. Additional optional data may be requested to provide better service.

Purpose of data processing: MAVIDAD BERNABÉU may request personal data via forms for the sole purpose of carrying out its activities.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
